At INDY Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the sunglasses securely in their original protective case and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
